ATNA provides solutions based on vast and varied backgrounds to leaders around the world. Our partner companies and resources make us strong and help to provide the customer solution to include the fit, form and function of the immediate need, to include the contract vehicle for funding, if necessary. 

Our team’s government and foreign nation approach was not created from scratch, but rather through the realization of existing, but little known, government treaties that enable us to circumvent the current hurdles imposed by traditional USG programs/policies. Historically, the US Department of State and other USG agency programs, have provided Excess Defense Articles (EDA) to intermediately capable ally nations, but have failed to provide the additional assets (training, mentoring, sustainment, etc.) required to support development of sustained organic capabilities. We have demonstrated this approach in different regions, with positive feedback and strategic value gain (nonmonetary). New Customs Mutual Assistance Agreements (CMAA) have already been signed, with additional new ones currently in the works. Nations that join this treaty (at no cost to them) will find value they never knew existed. Our model builds authentic relationships and establishes us as a trusted strategic partner. These relationships are the first step to creating opportunity for monetary gain as we shape the needs and wants within a respective region.

ATNA has a crucial role in providing support to the counter drug operations throughout the southern United States with solutions management and integration. ATNA continues to also provide guidance and support to partner nations for countering the narcotics smuggling that is plaguing those nations.

ATNA has extensive experience in the area of jurisdictions and the weak areas that exist within areas of national security, which benefits the strategy in which we are pursuing. The approach involves building interest, the nation of interest wants more information and when we go back to our USG counter parts, support is automatic. The only areas of concern are areas of responsibility (AOR’s) between DOD and LE. This path is critical and must be properly approached. The approach in each case may be entirely different than the one before, depending on the needs and/or wants of the customer at the time.

ATNA provides key inputs into the design and integration of manned and unmanned ISR platforms, from initial creation of a platform to modifying an existing platform.  ATNA has had an integral part concerning these builds and integrating them into mission sets. ATNA has also provided recommendations to US and Partner Nation commanders on integrating these platforms into their CONOPS as force multipliers, that have proven to enhance their operations for the ground force commanders and their troops.

We specialize in procuring and moving highly regulated commodity shipments in and out of remote and challenging areas, including conflict and post-conflict regions. Once onsite, ATNA continues to support customer operations through inventory management and warehousing technologies and resources.
